Watertown Children's Theatre has produced quality performances and offered inclusive theatre arts training to thousands of children from Watertown and the surrounding communities for more than 25 years. Each year WCT stages productions and offers classes and workshops ranging from improvisation to script writing for children of all ages. WCT also offers scholarships and/or tuition discounts for those unable to pay.

In September 2005, WCT moved into its new home at the Arsenal Center for the Arts. As the Center's award-winning resident children's theatre, it offers year-round classes, rehearsals and workshops, collaborates with other arts organizations, and performs its mainstage productions in the beautiful Mosesian Theater and the Arsenal's Black Box Theater.

WCT is a self-supporting nonprofit corporation. It depends entirely on the support of membership, class participants, and the generosity of the community to continue to operate. As is enters the third decade of operation, it reaches more children and families than ever before.

One of WCT's primary sources of revenue is program advertising. For a small fee, WCT includes a quality advertisement in the playbill/program of each of its major productions. WCT creates ads from existing copy or generates copy by following the instructions of the advertiser.

The nominal fees for advertising, which vary with the size of the ad, are annual. A single fee places your ad in the program book for Fall, Winter and Spring musical productions.
