As part of the annual CBACT Children's Theatre Festival,
hosted by WCT and Arsenal Center for the Arts,
in the Mosesian Theater (time TBA)
Roald Dahl’s popular tale will be brought to life in WCT’s summer staging of this suspenseful and adventurous fantasy! Student actors will work as an ensemble rehearsing, creating scenery, and developing characters, including the daring Fox family, the crooked Farmers, and the rest of the underground inhabitants, in a fun and highly creative atmosphere. This family favorite will be performed in conjunction with the 3rd annual CBACT (Consortium of Boston Area Children’s Theatres) Children’s Theatre Festival.
Robin Hood FILLED

Final performance: Friday, August 6Based on the English legend, the tale of Robin Hood includes the adventures of Robin and his merry followers in Sherwood Forest, their kindness to the poor, their battles with the villainous Prince John, and of course, the fair Maid Marian. WCT’s older student actors will work together as an ensemble, exploring acting technique, movement, voice, theatre design, and rehearsing a fully staged production of this classic story for family and friends.

So, off we’ll go, to let loose our inner-Seuss!
With music, theatre, and art, we’ll all play a part,
and when we reach the end –
a showcase we’ll have for family and friend!
