Our Supporters
Our supporters in the business community play an integral role in our ability to offer award-winning, theatre productions and comprehensive education programming to everyone in our community.
AKC Fund
Due to the AKC Fund’s generous funding since 2007, WCT has been able to produce both the Play Factory program and My Story. Both programs have grown tremendously over the past four years, becoming WCT treasures. The programs have provided nearly 200 students the opportunity to rehearse and perform non-musical, literature-based plays, as well as write and perform their own works based on their personal experiences. In addition, approximately five hundred local students, including those from in-need communities, have attended the performances free of charge. Our organization, students, and families are grateful for the AKC’s support in helping to launch this valuable program.

Watertown Savings Bank
Each year for its Customer Choice Awards, Watertown Savings Bank sets aside $50,000 that is distributed according to voting results. Every qualified non-profit that earns at least one percent of the total votes received is awarded funds. To qualify the organization must serve the local community in some way and have 501(c)(3) status. Religious and political organizations are ineligible. Charitable organizations within a church community are eligible.
WCT is a Customer Choice award winner for 2012! Thank you to the WSB customers whose votes helped us win an award. Each year WSB customers may vote for their favorite local, non-profit organization – anyone with a Watertown Savings Bank account can vote, and each customer gets one vote. Voting has closed for 2012, but be sure to vote next year!
